The journey towards the inception of Charlie Macro, LLC started back in 2006. Learning and working in the realm of audio production opened up a new found interest for Information Technology. Not only was creating digital audio important, but making sure the infrastructure used to create audio (i.e. Hardware/software, networking, application know-how, etc.) was equally as important to ensuring efficient workflow. I wanted to understand how to properly utilize a virtual studio technology (VST) plugin from a media creation AND a code-behind standpoint. This is where my curiosity in programming ultimately began. From then on, IT and media would always be interconnected with each other at home, church, and the workplace which manifested to the company you see today.
